Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How can a project be initiated?

Project inquiries can be submitted through the contact form on this website. After an initial discussion to clarify objectives, a proposal outlining scope, methodology, timeline, and deliverables will be provided.

2. What happens after the initial inquiry?

The process typically begins with a short consultation call to define the research problem, objectives, constraints, and expected outcomes. This ensures alignment before formal proposal submission.

3. What is the typical project process?

Most projects follow four stages:

  1. Scope confirmation and agreement

  2. Research design and data collection

  3. Analysis and insight development

  4. Structured reporting and recommendations

Progress updates are provided at agreed milestones.

4. How long does a project usually take?

Timelines depend on scope and methodology. Short desk-based research projects may take 1–3 weeks, while more comprehensive studies that involve getting primary data may require 4–8 weeks or longer.

5. What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are outlined in the proposal. Most projects require an initial deposit before commencement, with the remaining balance settled upon completion or based on agreed milestones.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods depend on location and project type. Bank transfer is commonly used, while alternative arrangements (e.g., PayPal, Paralax) can be discussed during proposal confirmation.

7. Is a contract required?

For structured projects, a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and confidentiality terms is required to ensure clarity and mutual protection. Initiating a contract through third-party platforms like Upwork is also acceptable, but please note that the client must pay a Client Marketplace Fee.

8. Is confidentiality guaranteed?

All project information is treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed where required.

9. Are revisions included?

Reasonable clarification revisions are included within the agreed scope. Substantial changes outside scope may require additional agreement.
